Cancellation Policy
Full accommodation payment is required at the time of booking. Cancellation made within 30 days to arrival will be subject to full cancellation charge for the duration of stay and Cancellation made between 31-60 days prior to arrival will be subject to one night’s cancellation charge
Tips from the Local Committee
- If you need an accessible room, mention that in your booking. You need to climb stairs to access certain rooms.
- The resort has 3 accommodation wings – each with it’s own advantages. For example, if you are travelling without children and enjoy your solitude, there is a separate adults only wing for you. Check out the hotel website for details before you book.
- The resort is beautiful, and so is the country around it … make sure you take the weekend before the conference, or the weekend after the conference to explore it. Both weekends is an even better choice.
