Resubmission to PRICAI-2019 of papers that were submitted to IJCAI-2019, but narrowly missed out.

We are inviting researchers who made submissions to IJCAI-2019 but narrowly missed out to submit there work to PRICAI-2019. Authors should carefully follow the procedure outlined below to submit their work:

1.

Only submissions to IJCAI-2019 that received an overall score of 5.0 or more will be considered for presentation (and publication) at  PRICAI-2019.

2.

Authors should submit to PRICAI-2019 through EasyChair a single pdf file (<= 20MB) consisting of the following parts:

a)

A letter authorising release of the scores by IJCAI if requested by the PRICAI-2019 chairs,

b)

The manuscript in Springer format satisfying PRICAI requirements,

c)

The original submission made to IJCAI-2019, and

d)

The final reviews (including meta-review, if any) and scores received from the IJCAI.

3.

While submitting, they should choose “IJCAI Resubmission” as one of the topics.

In the unlikely event that the combined document (2) becomes larger than 20MB, please submit only (2a & 2b) as a single document through EasyChair, and send (2c & 2d) separately to the Pricai PC-chairs via email.
