1. I wish to attend in-person from overseas. How can I apply for visa? Will PRICAI give any support in VISA application?
Answer:
Visitors from 89 countries can obtain a Visa on Arrival (VOA, 30-days visa) when they arrive at the airport. They can also apply online prior to departure at: https://molina.imigrasi.go.id/ (Fee: 500,000 IDR or 33.5 USD). The processing time for online applications is about 3-5 working days. Citizens from 10 South East Asian countries are exempt from visa. Please check here for document requirements for Visa-on-Arrival.For citizens of other countries that are not listed on exemption/Visa-on-Arrival, most will need to apply for a Visit Visa (211A) or a Calling Visa (only for residents from these 8 countries). Please check here for document requirements for a Visit Visa (211A).We will send an invitation letter that you may need to apply for the visa for all registered participants.

1. I noticed that there's a change in the bank details for registration payments. Which one is correct?
Answer:
Please use the following latest bank details for transferring your registration payment. If the receiving bank name is needed, the full name is "PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero), Tbk." This is also known as "Bank Negara Indonesia" abbreviated as "BNI".

Answer: 
    • A receipt from your bank or fund transfer service stating that you send the payment to us. Once the fund is received in our account, we will send you a proof of payment.
    • If you are a student, email also a copy of your student ID or official transcript indicating your student status.
 
3. My paper was accepted, but I just graduated. Can I get a student discount?
Answer:
No. The student discount only applies to currently active students. If you already graduated, then you're no longer an active student.
